Specialist Radiologist 80-100% - Entry into Switzerland with MSK and Breast Diagnostics

Have you recently completed your specialist title in radiology or are about to, and want to take the step into Switzerland?

This position offers you a very suitable entry: You will work in a modern radiology department in the Basel region, can further expand your experience in diagnostic radiology, and specifically develop in the areas of musculoskeletal imaging and breast diagnostics. At the same time, you benefit from a location near the border, which may also be interesting for commuters from Germany.

The clinic is one of the established addresses in the Basel area for medicine related to the musculoskeletal system, women's medicine, and rehabilitation. For radiology, this means: short distances, direct professional exchange, and many clinically relevant questions from MSK radiology, breast diagnostics, and female imaging.

We are not looking for a highly specialised senior staff member, but a motivated specialist radiologist who works confidently diagnostically, enjoys learning, and wishes to develop long-term in Switzerland.

Your tasks:

• Independent reporting in diagnostic radiology, especially CT, MRI, ultrasound, and conventional radiology
• Focus on musculoskeletal MRI and CT diagnostics
• Gradual development in breast diagnostics and female imaging
• Radiological care of outpatient and inpatient patients
• Close collaboration with orthopaedics, rheumatology, women's medicine, rehabilitation, and other clinical departments
• Participation in interdisciplinary case discussions and direct professional exchange with referring physicians
• Opportunity to participate in selected interventions, depending on experience and interest

Your competencies:

• Specialist title in radiology, recognised in Germany or the EU; support with recognition in Switzerland through Medimeo
• Initial professional experience after specialist title or completion of specialist examination in the near future
• Interest in musculoskeletal radiology and breast diagnostics
• Enjoyment of clinically oriented diagnostics and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Motivation to develop professionally and establish yourself long-term in Switzerland
• Very good German language skills
