ICT Supporter 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Collaboration in 1st level support according to ITIL

• Installation and configuration of client and peripheral devices, mobile devices as well as operating systems and applications

• Maintenance and servicing of our label and multifunction printers

• Management of IT users in the central Active Directory

• Creation and updating of IT documentation, instructions and checklists

• Participation in IT projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent education or further training

• Good and broad expertise in Windows 10/11 and M365 products

• Sense of responsibility, high resilience and quick comprehension

• Strong customer orientation, teamwork and flexibility

• Very good oral and written German skills

• Willingness to perform IT on-call duty
