- Technical support for the Head of Facility Management
- Independently carry out project work in the field of technical building management / HVACSE
- Responsibility for maintenance, repair and further development of building technical systems
- Responsibility as system operator for the electrical network on the RUAG site
- Responsible for the supplement and archiving of the documentation of technical installations
- Technical expert for internal and external specialist and control bodies (SEV, ESTI)
- On-site contact person for tenants and those responsible regarding building technical systems

You bring with you
- Higher technical education at diploma or university level as electrical project manager, HF electrical technician and/or federally certified electrical installer (master craftsman examination)
- Successfully completed vocational training in the electrical field
- Experience in comprehensive modern building management (HVACSE) including building control system
- Several years of qualified professional and leadership experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical skills and solid IT user knowledge (MS Office applications)
- Persistent, independent, goal-oriented working style, team player and service-oriented
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Self-understanding for quality, economy and sustainability
- Willingness for on-call duty and further training
