Tasks
In this leadership role, you are jointly responsible with your team for the efficient and legally compliant delivery of HR services, further develop HR processes, manage their outsourcing to the Shared Service Center, and shape digitalization as well as central HR tools.
- Disciplinary and professional leadership of the HR Excellence & Digital Solutions area as well as further development of the team
- Responsibility for efficient, legally compliant, and service-oriented delivery of HR services and HR processes including time management
- Design, control, and implementation of HR digitalization including automation and targeted use of AI
- Responsibility for the HR service catalog, the HR process landscape, and the continuous development of central HR core processes
- Overall responsibility for outsourcing administrative HR activities to the Shared Service Center including operational and financial management
- Leading projects to further develop the HR IT landscape and implement system implementations

Requirements
For this leadership role, we are looking for an experienced HR professional with solid expertise in HR services, digitalization, and process management, who thinks strategically, implements operationally, and confidently leads their team through an important phase.
- Several years of leadership experience in the HR environment, ideally in a medium to large organization with complex HR structures
- Solid knowledge in the digitalization of HR processes as well as in the introduction and further development of HR systems
- Experience in managing Shared Service Centers
- Project management experience, ideally in HR IT or transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field / further training in HR (e.g., HR specialist)
- Experience in the use of AI-based solutions in the HR environment is an advantage
- Analytical and structured working style with strong implementation skills
- High social competence and communication skills
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
