To complete its teams, the Building Service is looking for a Concierge.

Permanent position at 100% - Grade 8

Your mission:

• Ensure the daily maintenance and cleaning of rooms and municipal buildings;
• Monitor the buildings and ensure compliance with safety measures;
• Ensure the proper technical functioning of the premises, handling of equipment and furniture;
• Be present during certain municipal events for setup and tidying up.

Your profile:

• Hold a professional cleaning agent CFC;
• Have at least 5 years of similar experience;
• Possess a B1 driving licence;
• Master sustainable development standards in maintenance;
• Good command of French;
• Comfortable with common IT tools;
• Ability to work independently, be skilled and handy;
• Have a good team spirit and be comfortable interacting with diverse publics;
• Accept great flexibility in working hours: evenings, weekends, on-call duties, possible split shifts.
