What is my role?

• Planning, control and monitoring of all repair processes

• Responsibility for repair planning and the associated budget

• Leadership and coordination of the repair team

• Technical advice to customers and development of suitable solutions

• Handling and professional resolution of customer complaints

• Ensuring an efficient and smooth repair process

• Coordination with internal and external contacts

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical apprenticeship, e.g. as a polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder or electrician

• Several years of professional experience in the lift industry

• Leadership experience and strong customer orientation

• Organisational talent as well as a structured, precise and solution-oriented way of working

• Flexibility, resilience and a high degree of personal responsibility

• Good knowledge of Office 365; Navision knowledge is an advantage

• Driving licence category B
