Swissroc Architecture and Swissroc Building Intelligence are members of Swissroc Group. They are firms specialised in digital design and construction. We work with general contractors, developers, and asset managers, providing solutions tailored to project needs throughout their lifecycle.
We are recruiting a MPQ Architecture Project Manager based in Geneva or Bussigny according to your preference. This position is aimed at an experienced professional in architectural project management and team coordination, ensuring quality deliverables and effective communication with clients.

A team of about thirty people spread over 2 sites in Switzerland and Poland.
Tools?
ArchiCAD, Procore, Monday, BIM. We are deeply involved in using the BIM (Building Information Management) model. This working method allows us to manage your project efficiently, thanks to a 3D digital model combined with integrated and constantly updated use of all data. Any modification is easy for all stakeholders, data aligns, the model adjusts in its entirety reducing risks of errors and delays. We build together with efficiency and vision.

Your mission?
- Lead architectural projects ensuring design quality, compliance, and meeting deadlines.
- Be the main point of contact for clients and effectively convey their vision and requirements to the project team.
- Manage and coordinate interdisciplinary teams, delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Conduct negotiations on value, scope, and client expectations.
- Oversee the development of accurate BIM models and high-quality design documents.
- Ensure rigorous control of quality, feasibility, and compliance with Swiss regulations.
- Communicate proactively on project progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
- Position based in Bussigny or Geneva, with travel between offices at least twice a week depending on project needs.
Profile sought
- At least 5 years of project management experience (7+ years preferred).
- At least 10 years of architectural design experience (15+ years preferred).
- Necessary experience managing large-scale architectural projects and multidisciplinary teams of at least 5 people.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards, permits, and regulatory negotiations.
- Established network in Geneva and possibly in French-speaking Switzerland.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client orientation. Willingness to pursue new business opportunities.
- Architect registered in Switzerland (REG A or REG B) with authorisation to submit building permit applications.
- Good command of English (spoken and written). Ideally minimum B2 level.
Assets:
- Basic knowledge of ArchiCAD.
- Experience in construction phases in direct collaboration with representatives of general contractors.
