The BSB Painting Department is an experienced specialist company for painting work both indoors and outdoors. People with and without disabilities work together as a team, and clients of the disability insurance receive support when entering the professional world.

You lead and coordinate the BSB Painting Department and ensure smooth operations. You actively participate in the painting work, oversee the entire process, and ensure compliance with quality standards. You are the contact person for customers during order processing and represent the company competently externally. Additionally, you take on deployment, capacity, and order planning and ensure optimal material provision and inventory management. You lead, promote, and support your team both professionally and personally and ensure the care of employees receiving disability pensions as well as clients of vocational integration at the workplace.

• Completed training as a painter EFZ with advanced professional training (master craftsman)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience
• Responsible, resilient personality with a structured and independent working style
• Joy and motivation in working with people with psychological impairments
• High social competence, assertiveness, and resilience
• Flexible personality with strong team and communication skills
• Further training as a vocational trainer or in the field of work pedagogy is an advantage
• Driving licence B
