Healthcare Application Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f)
We are looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Active support of our external customers, training and assistance in the use of our online order portal
- Help with malfunction reports and questions
- Maintenance and management of master data in the online order portal
- Coordination between application users, customer service, and internal IT
- Identification and analysis of customer needs, development of solution proposals, and translation of business requirements into IT requirements
- Creation and maintenance of documentation
- Analysis of business processes
- Collaboration (coordination, specification, testing, rollout) in the further development of our business applications
Your profile
- Training as BMA HF or MPA and corresponding professional experience in the field of IT is an advantage
- Knowledge in the field of laboratory diagnostics or medical technology
- Very good knowledge in the operation and support of applications used to support business processes of a medical laboratory
- Enjoyment of lively customer contact as well as learning and solution-oriented thinking
- Communicative, committed, and resilient personality with high social competence
- Experience in the implementation of IT projects
- Flawless oral and written German skills
