- Strong IT skills in MS-Office and Dynamics 365 FSCM are essential.
- Fluency in German and English is a must.

Your tasks
- Independent handling of the entire order and logistics process including the creation of the required export formalities (customs documents, Carnet ATA, etc.) for the assigned agencies/subsidiaries in compliance with the export control process
- Coordination of product availability with production and coordination of goods provision with the forwarding agent
- Telephone and written contact with our subsidiaries, foreign agencies, forwarding agents and end customers in German and English
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of country price lists
- Export control
- Obtaining permits / certifications (certificates of origin, SECO, Carnet ATA, etc.)
- Handling of mail, courier and parcel shipments
- Quotation management
- Maintenance of price and customer master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
- Participation in the continuous improvement of processes in your own work area
- Project work
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Completed further training as Clerk Order Processing Export
- Further training as foreign trade specialist is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in order processing, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Good IT skills in MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) are an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
