International Technical Customer Service 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as the central contact point for technical questions from international customers and internal teams. You advise customers on the product range and independently handle technical enquiries, complaints, and repairs.

You create training materials and conduct product training sessions. You carry out product and application tests, accompany the sales team on customer visits and trade fairs, maintain customer data in the CRM system, and prepare quality reports.

Important: For this position, you need a basic technical education and very good English skills for regular communication with international customers.

What do I need to be successful?

Mandatory requirements:

• Basic technical training (e.g. mechanic, electronics technician, polymechanic)

• Very good English skills, spoken and written

• Experience in consulting and selling technical industrial products

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications

• Experience with ERP systems
