Tax Expert / Tax Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You support and advise national as well as international clients on complex tax issues
You develop tax solutions and accompany restructurings, transactions and other complex tax projects
You prepare and review tax returns as well as tax opinions for companies and private individuals
You accompany tax assessment, objection and ruling procedures
You conduct professional exchanges with tax authorities and other external contacts
You analyse current tax law developments and derive recommendations for action for your mandates
You work closely with internal and external specialists on national and cross-border consulting projects
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in tax consulting in Switzerland and/or Liechtenstein
You have a solid education in the tax field, ideally as a federally certified tax expert or a comparable further qualification
You possess very good knowledge of Swiss tax law as well as experience with international tax issues
You work independently, analytically and solution-oriented and convince with a professional appearance towards clients and authorities
You have very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
