Educational Consultant 80-100%

To strengthen the team in the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching, we are looking for an inspiring and communicative personality for the position of Educational Consultant 80-100% starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

• Telephone, written, and personal advice and acquisition of future students as well as the corresponding follow-up
• Organizing and conducting exciting information events both virtually and on-site to attract future students to our programs.
• Maintaining cooperation with schools and companies to make our study programs known through advisory/information discussions
• Increasing our success rate by ensuring a targeted sales process: from the first inquiry through targeted follow-up actions and exciting information events to personal advice and quick registration.

• Completed commercial basic training or comparable vocational training, supplemented by further training in consulting or sales
• Strong sales talent with joy in telephone communication (experience in new customer acquisition, (sales) consulting, and closing security, especially by phone)
• Enthusiastic and captivating personality with pronounced communication, presentation, and performance skills
• Several years of practical experience in the service environment, preferably in the school environment and/or hospitality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (native speaker or equivalent)
