About the job
Ensuring resource-appropriate planning, scheduling, release and printing of customer and production orders
Monitoring & optimisation of the production and delivery schedule
Control of inventory levels and material flow
Creating and maintaining work plans and bills of materials in the ERP
Review and correction of standard times in ERP
Collection and evaluation of key figures
Participation in and leading meetings and conferences
Ensuring the interface between different departments
Contributing to optimisation projects
Completed technical basic training with further education as a process specialist, process technician HF
Several years of experience in production planning
Confident German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
Proficient use of Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as MS Projects
Experience with ERP systems
Basic knowledge of LEAN management
Strong analytical skills
Strong interconnected thinking (cross-departmental and cross-functional)
Knowledge of project management is an advantage
Knowledge of SAP / InforCOM is an advantage
