About the job
Your Tasks
- You are responsible, together with the team leader and in close cooperation with the medical director, for leading the staff and organizing the outpatient clinic, as well as implementing an efficient, effective, and appropriate process in the outpatient clinic according to the service mandate and defined objectives.
- Promoting and supporting the development of employees is as natural to you as constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional collaboration.
- In addition to leadership tasks, you actively participate in the daily program and take part in on-call duty.
- The position includes regular working hours from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:24 p.m. You perform on-call duty 3 to 4 times per month.
Your Profile
- You are a qualified nurse with at least 2 years of professional experience; endoscopy experience is an advantage.
- You have leadership training or are willing to complete such training.
- In addition, you possess high social and personal skills as well as good organizational abilities.
- Your structured thinking and actions characterize you as much as your willingness to change.
- You are looking for the challenge to lead your team into the future together with the team leader and actively help shape it.
