Technical Spare Parts Advisor Internal Service

Spare parts, technical questions, smooth processes – you are responsible for this.
As a technical spare parts advisor in internal service, you competently and reliably support customers and field service technicians.Your tasks
- Procure spare parts & tools for the building technology sector – also for our field service technicians
- Keep an eye on delivery dates, backlogs & shipments and proactively inform customers
- Resolve bottlenecks cleverly and find suitable spare part alternatives
- Keep inventory, prices and technical documentation up to date
- Clarify technical questions and support our service team
Your profile
- Technical or commercial training (further training e.g. technical sales specialist is an advantage)
- First experience in spare parts service or technical environment
- Technical understanding and quick comprehension
- Service-oriented appearance, structured working method & team spirit
- Very good German skills, good English, French is an advantage
