Skills
- Completed education in finance and accounting with relevant work experience.
- Fluent in German; knowledge of French and/or English is a plus.
- Proficient in SAP FI/CO and MS Office, especially Excel.

We are looking for a
Finance Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for the financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting of several staff restaurants
- Preparation, processing and control of monthly financial statements
- Contact person for customer enquiries regarding invoices and billing
- Support of operations management in business management issues
- Monitoring of payment transactions and payment methods
- Preparation of analyses and evaluations with SAP, Excel and Word
- Collaboration on closing tasks, accruals and plausibility checks
Your profile
- Completed training in finance and accounting
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Very good German skills, additional language skills in French and/or English are a plus
- Ideally knowledge of SAP FI/CO
- Good user skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Service-oriented, communicative and team-oriented personality
- High initiative as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and enjoyment in finding solutions
