Respectful and committed with head, heart and hand – that is what sumia stands for. In our retirement home in Sumiswald, we offer 130 residents a personal and safe home in the rural Emmental. Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers dedicate themselves daily with passion to the well-being of our residents.

• Co-responsibility for situation-based, individual care and support of 19 residents in the dementia residential group
• Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the residents' rooms
• Performing domestic tasks
• Participation in the further development of the care area
• Administrative tasks

• Completed training as AGS, PA or PA SRK
• Appreciative basic attitude
• Strong affinity for working with people
• Openness and team-oriented thinking and acting
