Your tasks
- Supporting our customers with support requests as well as parameterizing their requirements
- Ensuring smooth operation
- Creating reports and evaluations using SQL as well as performing monthly and annual closings
- Technical analysis and resolution of problems in collaboration with development
- Participation in projects, specialist groups, and release tests
What you bring
- Experience as an application manager, preferably in the banking or financial sector
- Solid SQL knowledge or willingness to acquire it independently with support
- You like to take responsibility and are also willing to work planned shifts outside office hours
- Your networked thinking, persistence, and analytical skills distinguish you
- Enjoyment of languages (D/E/F is an advantage)
