Mechanic (3-shift) 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Ensuring smooth operation of the assigned production equipment

• Leading the respective machine group while adhering to the specified production targets

• Ensuring production and quality requirements are met

• Carrying out maintenance, service, and repair work

• Performing preventive maintenance tasks

• Participating in projects in the machine hall

• Developing solution proposals to improve machine performance

• Supporting and training employees at the equipment

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship as a mechanic, polymechanic, machine mechanic, automotive/agricultural mechanic, or automation technician

• Professional experience in production technology and/or operational maintenance

• Knowledge of process control and automation

• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Oral English skills are an advantage

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
