Troubleshooting Improvement Specialist 40 - 50% (f/m/d)

About the Position

The GIS area (gas-insulated switchgear) stands for highest quality, safety, and efficiency – and this is exactly where your role comes in.

As a Troubleshooting Improvement Specialist, you actively support the analysis and sustainable improvement of quality and production processes. You work closely with various internal departments, bring in new perspectives, and help systematically identify and solve recurring problems.

What You Can Achieve

• Support in the analysis of quality reports and production problems

• Participation in the continuous improvement of troubleshooting processes

• Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as production, quality, engineering, and planning

• Support in the evaluation of production and quality data

• Documentation of measures and follow-up of improvement initiatives

• Participation in internal reviews and audits

What You Bring

• Ongoing studies or completed training in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, industrial management, or comparable fields

• Initial practical experience in an industrial environment is an advantage, ideally related to production, industrialization, digitalization, or process automation

• Strong interest in production processes, quality, and problem analysis as well as an analytical, structured, and independent working style

• Good German and English skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP, DSP, MES, or data analysis tools is a plus
