Specialist / Specialist in Agogics Work Area
The diverse day
- You accompany, support and promote people with cognitive, psychological or physical impairments directly in their daily work.
- You implement the development goals of the clients practically according to our agogic concept.
- You have the warehouse under control: You ensure that everything runs smoothly in logistics (goods receipt, goods issue, warehouse management), safety rules are observed and support the team in implementing the service mandate.
- You plan the packaging orders for internal and external customers and ensure that everything is done on time and neatly on the production line.
- You pay attention to order, occupational safety and careful handling of the material.
- You take on the administrative and organisational tasks at the PC and document the development of the clients.
Your diverse talents
- Completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ.
- Additional training as a work agogist or social pedagogue.
- You bring experience in supporting people with impairments.
- You are physically resilient and like to pitch in yourself in everyday work.
- You hold a valid forklift licence (and/or driving licence category B).
- You are familiar with common PC programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ideally have experience with warehouse software.
- You speak and write good and understandable German.
- You work precisely, independently and can be absolutely relied upon.
- You are a team player, enjoy exchanging ideas with others and are keen to make a difference with us.
