About the job
Gässliacker is a medium-sized centre for ageing and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in day care. Furthermore, we offer 60 senior apartments with services. The modern infrastructure, our diverse garden areas and the beautiful location complement our services. To strengthen our nursing team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a
Qualified Nurse m/f/d (Dementia Unit)
Workload: 60% - 100%
Your tasks:
- Taking over daily responsibility
- Caring for and supporting residents in all day shifts
- Administrative and organisational tasks
- Implementing and adhering to medical prescriptions
- Accurate management of nursing documentation LOBOS according to interRAI LTCF
- Trainer for our AGS and FaGe trainees or assisting in their training
Your profile:
- Training as a HF nurse, specialist in long-term care and support, or equivalent/recognised qualification
- Enjoyment in working with elderly, care-dependent people
- Commitment, motivation and willingness to take responsibility
- High social competence, flexibility and reliability
- Good communication skills and a sense of humour
- Good PC user skills
