Food Industry Plant Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You independently operate our production plants and ensure everything runs smoothly

• You carry out quality checks (IPK), document them accurately and ensure our high standards are maintained

• You adjust the plants during product changes and fix minor faults yourself - no problem for you

• You take care of cleaning tasks and ensure all hygiene and safety regulations are strictly followed

• You coordinate small teams of temporary staff and pass on all important information during shift changes

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training as a plant operator EFZ or in food processing - or you convince with several years of practical experience

• You bring at least 2 years of professional experience - preferably from the food industry or an industrial environment

• You speak fluent German - at least B1 level, so communication within the team runs smoothly ?

• You work responsibly, are a team player and approach tasks in a structured manner

• You are familiar with products, plants as well as hygiene and safety regulations - this is important

• You hold a forklift licence and are ready for 3- and 4-shift work - you bring the necessary mobility
