Call Centre Agent Outbound B2C / B2B / French 50 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a cool Call Centre Agent for the outbound B2C / B2B sector. In this position, you are the voice of the company and you rock the telephone customer approach! You conduct sales conversations in a relaxed and confident manner, advise potential customers on various products, and create a fantastic first impression with your charm. With your relaxed and convincing manner, you bring energy to the phone and easily achieve your goals. Ready to shine with your communicative power?

What do I need to be successful?

• Initial experience in telephone sales or customer service

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (Swiss German) & French C1

• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner

• Sales talent and enjoyment in dealing with people

• Goal-oriented and independent working style

• Resilience and assertiveness

• Basic PC skills

• Willingness to work at least 3 evenings between 17:00-20:00 and 2 Saturdays per month between 09:00-15:00

• Start end of January, beginning of February
