What is my role?

Our client needs a reliable and independent person as a caretaker (m/f/d) who enjoys practical work and takes care of the maintenance of properties and their surroundings.

Your tasks:

• General caretaker and maintenance work

• Care and maintenance of green spaces, gardens and outdoor areas

• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work

• Inspection and care of the properties

• Ensuring order and cleanliness around the managed properties

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a caretaker is an advantage (motivated candidates with relevant professional experience are also warmly welcome)

• Professional experience in caretaking and especially in garden maintenance is desired

• Manual skills and an independent working style

• Reliable, motivated and responsible personality

• Driving licence category B mandatory

• Enjoyment of varied work indoors and outdoors
