About the job

• Planning, organisation and coordination of internal and smaller external events
• Support of the Meetings & Events team in the creation and processing of offers
• Creation and checking of invoices for events
• Administrative support of the entire Meetings & Events team in daily operations
• Maintenance and updating of event and customer data as well as filing of relevant documents
• Close cooperation and coordination with the various departments of the hotel

• Workload: 60% (Monday to Wednesday, on site)
• Completed vocational training, ideally in the hotel industry
• Professional experience in events, hospitality or administration is an advantage
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Enjoyment of administrative tasks as well as organising internal events
• Communicative and service-oriented personality with a high awareness of quality
• Strong team spirit and hands-on mentality
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Good German and English skills
