Operator/Plant Operator in Cleanroom Production in 4-Shift Operation (m/f/d)
Job Description
In this exciting position, you are responsible for operating and monitoring state-of-the-art production equipment in the cleanroom. You actively contribute to ensuring product quality and compliance with production standards. Your tasks include processing production batches according to work instructions under cleanroom conditions as well as operating and monitoring automated production equipment. Furthermore, you conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality. You ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and maintain order and cleanliness in the production area. This position requires willingness to work in a 4-shift system, including weekends, late and night shifts. You will be part of a highly automated, technologically advanced environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are encouraged.We Expect
You have completed vocational training, ideally with a technical background. Experience in production, preferably in a cleanroom, is advantageous. Manual dexterity, reliability, and a sense of responsibility are essential for this position. Good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as basic knowledge of MS Office and IT applications are required. Initial experience in quality assurance is an advantage. You should be willing to continuously develop yourself and attend training courses. A driving licence is required.We Offer
