Commercial Clerk Accounting 100%
Your tasks
- Independent processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Management and administration of the cash register
- Telephone clarifications with both insurers and our patients at home and abroad
- Performance control of all services provided
- Counter service
- Dunning including debt collection
- Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
- Close cooperation with our patient service
- General administrative tasks
What you bring
- A commercial qualification or further training as a medical secretary with several years of professional experience (accounting knowledge mandatory)
- Experience in healthcare desired
- Experience in the insurance sector (health insurance area) advantageous
- Good professional and social skills
- Networked way of thinking
- Reliable, open and trustworthy personality
- Flair for administrative activities
- Excellent oral and written German and English skills are a prerequisite.
- Very good PC user skills in the usual MS Office programmes
