Tasks

• Telephone customer support in German, French, English and Italian
• Collaboration with other groups of the Contact Centre
• Adherence to quality and quantity targets

Requirements

• Completed vocational training
• Very good language skills in G/F/E/I
• Resilient and flexible personality who enjoys telephone work
