Treasury, Cash and Cards Officer

YOUR ROLE:

Treasury

• Daily management of purchase, sale, contribution, withdrawal and transfer operations of physical precious metals;
• Management and monitoring of physical precious metals positions;
• Coordination and monitoring of precious metals transports with specialised partners;
• Administrative follow-up of activities related to precious metals management.

Cash

• Execution of cash operations for clients and employees;

• Servicing client safes and administrative management (contract and key).

Cards

• Management of payment card administration;
• Support for internal clients for all card-related services;
• Controls and inventories related to cards.

Cross-functional activities

• Carrying out operational controls and periodic inventories related to the various service activities;
• Processing and monitoring requests from internal clients and partners;
• Participation in the continuous improvement of activities;
• Close collaboration with the Bank’s various units as well as with external partners.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Commercial training (CFC commercial employee or equivalent qualification);
• Proven experience in banking operations, ideally in precious metals, treasury or valuables logistics;
• Good knowledge of regulations applicable to Cash-Treasury-Cards activities and standards (LBMA/LPPM);
• Excellent organisational skills and sense of priorities;
• Rigorous, precise and reliable personality;
• Very good presentation, service orientation and ease in contacts, both with clients and internal partners;
• Team spirit, positive and collaborative attitude;
• Ability to work independently while actively contributing to the team dynamic;
• Good command of French and fluency in English;
• Residence in Switzerland.
