Within the Swiss Markets Marketing Department Region, you take part in orchestrating the Fragrances & Beauty marketing plan for the local markets of Brazil, India, Mexico, Switzerland, Latin America and the Travel Retail Americas.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you participate in distribution strategy, point of sale experience and campaign launches in collaboration with local marketing and point of sale teams in the region as well as International Marketing and the Communication and Customer Experience functions in Paris.
YOUR MISSIONS:
360 Orchestration:
Assistance in orchestrating the 3-axis marketing plan (Fragrances, Makeup and Skincare) for the Travel Retail and local markets in the region
Support to markets on their campaign launches (products, experience, merchandising) through daily exchanges with markets and a bi-monthly call
Particular involvement in trade marketing activations and related customer experience
Development of tools for sharing best practices and campaign amplification
Analysis and studies:
Monitoring campaign and business performance through analysis of sell-in and sell-out results
Conducting studies on product offering and customer typology
Forecasting:
Participation in strategic thinking around sales forecasts for new product campaigns in close collaboration with the regional Forecaster (products and point of sale elements)
Preparation of marketing briefs and product benchmarks for all new product campaigns
Others:
Inform international teams of the particularities and trends of our markets
Assistance in preparing major meetings
YOUR PROFILE:
Currently pursuing higher education Bachelor / Master, you are looking for a responsible internship that will allow you to develop your skills in analysis and presentation, your product knowledge as well as markets and enrich your business and marketing vision.
You show curiosity for the Fragrances & Beauty and luxury universe.
You demonstrate rigour and organisation, have good analytical and synthesis skills and possess an aesthetic sense.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to coordinate different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Finally, you are autonomous and proactive, naturally adaptable and enjoy working in a stimulating and evolving environment.
You speak English fluently (oral and written – 70% of tasks in English) and master IT tools (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
First 6-month experience required.
Job Conditions:
An internship agreement is required for this internship and must meet these conditions:
- The internship must be compulsory and planned in your study curriculum
- The internship must be completed before graduation and necessary for obtaining the degree
- The internship must be validated by the awarding of study credits
Contract Information:
- Full-time internship on-site (100%)
- Internship start: 4 January 2027
- Duration: 6 months
- Working days: 5 days per week from Monday to Friday
