Your Tasks
- Implementation of the program according to the concept
- Case management and responsibility for the integration process including reporting
- Coaching of young people and young adults
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal professionals and external agencies
- Taking on acquisition activities (e.g. for placements)
Your Profile
- Degree in social work, social pedagogy, psychology or similar (Bachelor level), preferably with coaching training
- Professional experience in coaching young people and/or young adults
- Expertise in goal-oriented case management
- Knowledge of the labor market and the education sector
- High self-motivation for the work and a humorous, communicative personality
