Responsibilities for this role:
- Drive the deployment and market adoption of Brand retail digital signage CMS, object recognition and other Brand retail technological stack in line with clients’ policies and guidelines and Brand retail roadmap
- Translate business requirements and consumer experiences into business/functional design in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, architects, information services & data teams
- Centralize and manage end-user requests related to Brand retail technology
- Define, prepare and review test scenarios & templates that reflect business requirements
- Ensure end consumer satisfaction with technological solutions
- Business support in the technology delivery process and streamlining business processes for technological providers and technology end users (Brand retail central function, markets, regions, other central functions (legal, security, data privacy, etc.))
- Ensure technological consistency, availability of historical data and smooth transition from legacy technology to updated tech stack
- Contribute to the development of a technological knowledge base for efficient Run & Support
- Extend stakeholder awareness and knowledge about Brand retail technological stack by providing them with toolboxes, dashboards and organizing info sessions covering Brand retail tech. capabilities, best practices and guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (Digital project management, MultiMedia, Brand Retail)
- Have a proven track record of delivering projects, including digital platforms
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong project management skills
Additional requirements / experience
- Experience with digital environment and related regulatory aspects (e.g. data privacy, legal, information security, etc.)
- Experience working successfully in a global, multicultural organization
- Collaborative in nature: a team player who is experienced in developing very strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and can successfully work independently
- Proven ability to work effectively across functions
- Proven ability to build a strong partnership and trust with partners and management within an organization
- Strong organization skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
