Foreman*in Civil Engineering (M/F/D)

Job Description

You are responsible for the technical management of construction sites in utility construction, sewer construction, road construction, and general civil engineering
On site, you lead the construction personnel professionally and, in cooperation with the construction management, are responsible for their deployment planning
Throughout the entire execution, you take over project controlling and, together with the construction management, monitor costs, schedules, and quality of our complex civil engineering projects
You are responsible for occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection on the construction site

We expect

  • You have a basic education in civil and road construction, have successfully completed further training as a foreman*in or site manager*in, and have the corresponding professional experience
  • You already have some experience with BIM - or you are eager to learn it
  • With your winning personality and your entrepreneurial thinking and actions, you can motivate and lead people
  • You enjoy direct contact with customers and business partners on site as well as have an interest in business management contexts
