- Independent supervision and management of sanitary projects
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects from the offer to completion
- Preparation and processing of offers and calculations
- Coordination of employees, suppliers, customers, and other project partners
- Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality
- Technical advice and support for customers
- Accompanying execution and ensuring professional implementation
- Organisation and coordination of materials and resources
- Handling project documentation and administrative tasks
- Active participation in the further development of processes and solutions
Ideally, you have:
- A completed training in the sanitary field or a comparable technical education
- Professional experience in sanitary or building technology
- Further training in project management, building technology, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- Experience in independently managing projects
- Good technical understanding and strong organisational skills
- A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Confident and customer-oriented manner
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various contacts
