What is my role?

You are the heart of our logistics and ensure that everything runs smoothly! You plan and coordinate the deployment of our vehicles, drivers and service technicians, optimise routes and always keep an overview. You are the central interface between customers, drivers, service technicians and warehouse staff and ensure that all deliveries and service calls arrive punctually at the customer. ? In doing so, you skilfully juggle time windows, capacities and spontaneous changes in day-to-day business.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

• Initial experience in dispatch, logistics or transport is an advantage

• Organisational talent and the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations

• Strong communication skills and team spirit

• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with dispatch software

• Flexibility and solution orientation

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
