For our 3*-hotel in the small Walser village Monstein we are looking for December 1, 2025

Your tasks:

• Day shifts in our second operation on the slope
• Evening shifts as Commis/Chef de Rang in our à la carte restaurant
• If needed, also deployable as an all-rounder at the buffet

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of professional experience
• German skills at least B2
• Enjoyment of gastronomy
• Quality awareness
• Interest in professional advancement
• Team player
• Flexibility

Besides Hotel Ducan, from this winter we run the restaurant Spina on the ski slope as a second operation. We would like to deploy you as an all-rounder at the front in both operations, where you will often work from 11 am to 3 pm at Spina and serve guests in the evening from 6 pm to 10 pm in our à la carte restaurant.

We offer you a regulated working time and the opportunity to work long-term in our business during summer and winter seasons. And you will receive a free ski pass for the coming winter.
