Your role:
Act as leader, mentor and trainer for the breakfast operational team
Ensure compliance with Food & Beverage standards, hygiene standards and current regulations
Develop a strategy on new products and services, analyse your sales and ratios
Offer an unforgettable experience for our customers

Be responsible for sales, turnover, stocks and service orders

Be proactive in your breakfast and bar proposals and offers

Your experience and skills include:
Essential service quality: management experience is required
Ability to create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
Excellent communication promoting information sharing
Ability to manage a team, share a strong team culture and encourage performance

Use of Opera and Simphony is a plus
