Who we are
Willers is an established Swiss family business with around 120 employees at five locations (Rheinfelden, Bern, Zurich, Wroclaw, and Freiburg im Breisgau). Since 1989, we have stood for solid expertise in building technology.
Today, we take overall management of construction projects with a high technical component and offer general planning at the highest level. Our focus areas are Life Sciences, Data Center, Workspace, Healthcare, and Energy Centers – with exciting projects that make engineers' hearts beat faster.
Your role
In this versatile role, you take on the following key areas of responsibility:
Location & Office Management: You are the face and heart of our location in Zurich and shape the first impression as well as the daily well-being of the team. You warmly welcome our guests and ensure a smooth office day – from mail, materials, and infrastructure to small errands. With your eye for detail, you create a structured and inviting working environment.
Project and Management Assistance: You support our project managers in daily business and acquisition. This includes preparing presentations and minutes as well as assisting with pre-qualifications, competitions, and offers. You use modern tools – especially collaboration platforms and AI-supported applications – efficiently. In addition, you take on financial administrative tasks such as invoicing, checking incoming payments, master data maintenance, and simple evaluations.
People & Culture: You support onboarding of new employees and contribute to the planning and implementation of internal events, team occasions, and initiatives for the further development of the location.
What you bring
- Education: Commercial basic training
- Experience: At least 2–5 years of experience in an assistant role, including experience in financial administrative tasks (ideally in project assistance)
- Personality: You work independently and proactively with a solution-oriented attitude. You have a high quality awareness and a keen eye for detail. You enjoy working in a technical environment and appreciate collaboration with different contacts. Thanks to your empathy and your sense for people, you contribute to a pleasant and supportive working environment.
- Technology skills: Very good MS Office skills and affinity for new digital tools
- Language skills: Confident German in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
