CNC Setter 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You machine highly precise and demanding milling and turning parts for exciting high-tech sectors such as the semiconductor, medical, and aerospace industries

• As an expert, you set up modern CNC machining centres (DMU 60) and operate them independently

• You independently create first article inspection reports according to defined test plans and quality standards

• With your technical understanding, you monitor ongoing production and continuously optimise manufacturing processes

• You document and professionally and reliably process incident reports

• With your manual skills, you carry out maintenance work as well as minor repairs on machines and equipment

• You ensure smooth operations through regular maintenance of production machines, tools, and fixtures

• The provision and upkeep of cutting tools also belong to your versatile range of tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic, mechatronics technician, or comparable technical education

• 3-5 years of professional experience in CNC setup and operation (milling centres)

• Solid knowledge of Heidenhain control (TNC 640)

• Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment

• Experience in tool management

• Technical understanding and precise, quality-conscious working style

• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities

• Willingness to work shifts
