Responsibilities

Perform an educator role with specific responsibilities:

• Spend part of working time within the team as an educator directly with minors;
• Be responsible for implementing the educational concept on a daily basis;
• Carry out planning and coordination tasks;
• Ensure a daily common thread for the educational team;
• Represent the home with operational partners;
• Act as a link between management and the educational team;
• Be on telephone duty during evenings and weekends.

Workplace: Morges.

Hours: Weekday hours from Monday to Friday including early evening (7pm).

Start date: January 2027 or to be agreed.

Required qualifications:

• Social educator with a HES or ES degree required;
• Training in team or project management preferred.

Specific skills characterising the position:

• Willingness and ability to work with children suffering from emotional regulation difficulties and/or trauma related to complex personal situations;
• Possess natural authority and a high level of internal security;
• Ability to analyse and maintain perspective in complex situations;
• Very good organisational and planning skills,
• Proven leadership;
• Knowledge of psychopathology and experience in psychiatric settings would be an advantage.
