Team Leader: Electrical Assembly
Manufacturing - Production | Kriens | 80% - 100% | immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Promote, guide and support employees with disabilities as a reference person
- Support in the training of apprentices (Automation Technician EFZ and Electrical Practitioner PrA)
- Set up workplaces as well as organize and monitor workflows in production
- Responsibility for the smooth processing and monitoring of customer orders
- Work in production
- Maintain contact with the social environment of the employees
- Active participation in projects as well as in internal sports and/or educational offers
Your profile
- Basic EFZ training in a manual or electrical field (Automation Technician, Electrical Assembler or Electrical Installer desired)
- Several years of professional experience in the industrial sector
- Further training in the field of work pedagogy or willingness to complete it
- Team-oriented, responsible personality with initiative
- Good organizational and communication skills as well as an independent and reliable way of working
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Solid MS Office skills
