Your Tasks
- You are responsible for holistic and professional care in a geriatric setting.
- You ensure the care and nursing of interdisciplinary patients.
- You guarantee needs-oriented care as well as the promotion of resource-oriented autonomy within the framework of rehabilitation.
- Co-responsibility for evidence-based care quality and participation in the continuous improvement process
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary treatment team, consisting of doctors, nursing staff, therapists and case management
- Responsibility for correct patient documentation including patient billing (LEP)
- Support of cooperative and loyal teamwork
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Professional experience in acute care as well as geriatrics
- Enjoyment of the profession and nursing development
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system
- Motivated, honest, team-oriented and friendly personality with a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for building new things
- Positive attitude in dealing with our trainees and students
- Proficient PC user skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
