To complete the nursing team at the Regional Hospital of Locarno La Carità, we are looking for an
Operating Room Technician or Instrument Nurse (80-100%)
Profile:
The person we are looking for will assist patients undergoing general surgery and orthopaedics and trauma surgery interventions.
The employee working in the service is required to have a strong spirit of adaptability and flexibility in managing planned and complex clinical situations characterised by rapid developments. They have solid technical instrumental skills and know how to manage priorities by making timely decisions. The ideal candidate is sensitive to interpersonal dynamics and can maintain a positive attitude even under high stress. Necessary requirements:
- SSS diploma as operating room technician (or equivalent recognised qualification);
- flexibility, adaptability and precision;
- relational and communication skills;
- propensity to work in multidisciplinary teams;
- in addition to Italian, knowledge of another national language will be considered a preferential qualification;
- knowledge of main IT tools (Office package).
