What you can achieve
- Leading the staff in construction technology in the areas of painting, drywall, carpentry, and project management
- Ensuring and prioritizing the proper maintenance of the building envelope and the hospital garden within the assigned financial resources
- Developing, monitoring, and adhering to the maintenance budget for construction technology
- Independently and continuously analyzing and optimizing processes in construction technology
- Contributing expertise or participating in overarching, own, and cross-process projects (e.g., new buildings and renovations)
What you bring
- Completed training as a technician in a construction-related field or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role in a hospital and/or laboratory environment is an advantage
- Good communication skills when dealing with employees from various company departments
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programs and experience with CAFM programs is an advantage
- Willingness to work outside of normal working hours
