For our Green Spaces department, we are looking for
a Socioprofessional Supervisor (male or female)
Your mission
Ensure the socioprofessional support and integration of employees in adapted employment through adapted production activities and continuous training, promoting skills development and maintaining acquired knowledge.
Ensure the smooth running of the workshop through the maintenance of outdoor spaces on site and externally: cleaning hard surfaces, maintaining grassed areas and flower beds, maintaining the machinery park, small-scale vegetable cultivation.
Develop activities and adapt the environment taking into account the needs and potential of the people.
Foster a team dynamic that encourages involvement and motivation while supporting employees in their socioprofessional project.
Your profile
Holder of the Socioprofessional Supervisor diploma is an asset; otherwise, a clear willingness to engage in the training process;
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in horticulture or landscaping, or an equivalent qualification;
Proven experience in green space maintenance;
Experience in social and professional support;
Ease and clarity of communication;
Ability to work in a team and independently;
Skills for administrative work, good sense of organisation and priorities;
Driving licence B essential (minibus max. 9 seats);
Trailer licence (or learner driver) mandatory.
Work rate: 100% negotiable - presence mandatory on Wednesdays
Start date: immediate
Contract type: permanent contract (CDI)
