Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalisations: from birth to old age, Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practised within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for a:

Surgical Nurse (M/F) at 80-100%

To strengthen our Surgery department, from 01/01/2027 or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a CRS-recognised nursing diploma
• Good organisational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate) and rigour
• Good command of common IT tools
• The ability to take initiatives and responsibilities
• A development-oriented mindset, proactivity and the ability to make proposals
• Good listening skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Good adaptability and autonomy
• Flexibility and availability to work day and night shifts as well as weekdays and 2 weekends per month

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Systematically identify the patient’s needs and resources
• Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering an overall therapeutic project
• Work interprofessionally with the aim of quality care and respecting a holistic approach to the patient
