Contract type: Permanent

Rate: 60% - 80%

Start date: July 2026 or to be agreed

Location: Avenue de la Gare 46B, 1920 Martigny

As a patient relations officer, you will have various responsibilities:

• Satisfy and retain patients by personalising the service offered
• Ambassador and guarantor of the Ardentis Group’s image
• Follow patients throughout their care journey
• Ensure patient satisfaction and handle complaints
• Quality control of the reception environment
• Create and transfer files between clinics
• Maintain the clinic’s visual communication according to Marketing guidelines
• Manage and optimise practitioners’ schedules
• Various administrative tasks (emails, letter writing)

Profile, training and skills:

• Training in hospitality, client relations agent, CFC, CAP, BTS level or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist/host role in the tourism sector
• Good command of French (C1-C2 level)
• Good command of common IT tools (Microsoft Office 365)
• Leadership, able to support and coordinate
• Organisational skills, broad vision, ability to take a step back
• Excellent interpersonal skills, patient service orientation (listening and communication skills)
• Exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, professionalism, dynamism and availability
• Ability to work alone or in a team
• Capacity to assimilate new knowledge
• Strong interest in digitalisation
