Are you interested in social insurance and enjoy personal and telephone customer contact? In the area of Supplementary Benefits (EL), we are looking for a committed, independent, and communicative personality for the Changes team. The main task is the independent, efficient, and reliable processing of change notifications and periodic reviews, as well as the creation of recovery and billing orders. The start date is possible by agreement.
Your tasks
- You review change notifications of insured persons such as family situations, living conditions, insurance benefits, economic changes, etc.
- You take care of challenging topics such as recoveries, requests for waivers, appeals, and billing.
- You regularly review the supplementary benefits of insured persons.
- You advise insured persons by phone, in writing, and in person.
Your competencies
- You have a commercial basic education, ideally with further training in the field of social insurance.
- You bring several years of professional experience in a health or social insurance company.
- You are a assertive, communicative, and empathetic personality and show understanding for elderly and disabled people.
- You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and maintain a respectful interaction.
- You think in a networked way, work precisely, have a quick grasp, and a flair for numbers.
- You have good manners, a high quality awareness, are open to new things, and quickly find your way around IT systems.
